Another Democracy Is Possible considers 20-F plebiscite to be illegitimate and claims on resignation of the Spanish electoral authorities

Consultation on the so-called European Constitution took place within the context of an unacceptable institutional unfairness. Related to it a degrading turnout level appears: the lowest one of our democratic History and the second lowest one among all national consultations with the European scope.  
This group carried out many public reports, systematic and well-documented reports of the institutional propaganda and idleness which are downgrading democratic culture to levels hardly recoverable.

However, National Electoral Body, as highest competent authority, showed off a manifest and continuous relinquishment of duties before the huge amount of proofs proving the rapid downgrading of the electoral process.

 Therefore, Another Democracy Is Possible:

1. Considers that, in these conditions of democratic poverty, no consultation should having been hold at all, and its results lack completely democratic legitimacy.

2. Claims on resignation of the members of the Spanish National Electoral Body, as well as a redefinition of its structure and regulations.
