Trojan initiative of An Other Democracy Is Possible
Intended Another Dem's work, known with the metaphoric name of Trojan Initiative is to denounce and change the political system going right inside it. Another Dem does not try to modify political status by violent means, but at the same time it is clear political elites ignore any non-politic peaceful initiative.
The unique chance of denunciation and change remaining for who think present democracy is excessively scarce, is to stand in elections as the political parties, some of them being very little democratic; in spite of our social structure is significatively different from a political party. Our organizative structure is based on a horizontal informal association, strictly self-financing, and which uses the legal shape of political party by convenience and only when it is needed. The collective Another Dem enforces on using for its internal life the same democratic procedures demanded for the citizens.
This strategy allows more easily to spread the message of An Other Democracy Is Possible, making the most of political loopholes and aiming to make elites include proposals of political freedom into the public agenda, to eventually achive our aim: growing of a participative culture and democracy, and the political freedoms banned or defective within the hegemonic regime come true.
